These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and qqtoto ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

By registering an Account on qqtoto, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These documents are collectively referred to as the "Agreement."
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To use qqtoto Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are of legal age to participate in online gambling activities. qqtoto takes underage gambling prevention seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be forfeited.
Our Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of qqtoto complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and to use the Services. You are not prohibited by law from participating in online gambling activities, and you are not acting on behalf of a third party or under the influence of duress or coercion.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on qqtoto. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.
Identity Verification: qqtoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
To create an Account on qqtoto, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify qqtoto immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. qqtoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.
We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. You should use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your contact information, payment methods, or residential address. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays in withdrawals, communications, or Account verification processes.
qqtoto reserves the right to refuse Account registration or to suspend or terminate any Account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, abuse of bonuses, or any activity that we determine to be detrimental to the Platform or other Users.
qqtoto accepts deposits via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Danamon, OCBC NISP, BSI, Permata), mobile e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be rejected or reversed.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the cashier section of your Account for current limits. There is no maximum deposit limit, but unusually large deposits may be subject to additional verification for anti-money-laundering compliance.
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. For security purposes, your first withdrawal and withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 (or equivalent in cryptocurrency) may require identity verification (KYC) before processing. Standard withdrawal processing times are 5-15 minutes for bank transfers and e-wallets, and 1-3 minutes for cryptocurrency, subject to network confirmation times.
You may be required to wager (turnover) your deposited funds at least once (1x) before requesting a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and applies even if you have not claimed any bonuses.
Daily withdrawal limits apply based on your VIP tier status. Standard members can withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day, while VIP members enjoy higher limits. Please refer to the VIP program terms for specific limits by tier.
qqtoto does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors (banks, e-wallets, cryptocurrency networks) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such fees charged by third parties.
All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error confirmed by qqtoto. If you believe a transaction error has occurred, you must contact customer support within 72 hours of the transaction. Chargeback requests or disputes filed with your bank or payment provider without first contacting qqtoto may result in immediate Account suspension and legal action.
qqtoto may offer various bonuses and promotions to Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These specific terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general Terms & Conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount plus deposit amount (e.g., 10x bonus + deposit). Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10-20% or may be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses, collusion with other players, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit bonuses, is strictly prohibited. qqtoto reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and terminate Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Once a bonus is forfeited, it cannot be reinstated.
qqtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of bonus terms, qqtoto's decision is final and binding.
All bets placed on qqtoto are final and cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and betting options before confirming a bet. qqtoto is not responsible for user errors in bet placement.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects game outcomes or bet results, qqtoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. Official game results are determined by our game providers and data partners. All results are final unless a clear and verifiable error is identified.
For sports betting, markets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing body or league. In cases of postponement, abandonment, or cancellation of events, bets may be voided or settled according to our sports betting rules. All casino games on qqtoto are powered by licensed and certified game providers. Random Number Generator (RNG) games are tested for fairness and randomness by independent auditors. Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios and operated by trained dealers. The dealer's or system's decision on game outcomes is final.
qqtoto reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types, games, or markets. These limits are disclosed in the relevant game rules or betting markets and are designed to manage risk and ensure platform sustainability. Any winnings exceeding stated maximum payout limits will be paid at the maximum limit amount.
If you experience a disconnection during live casino play or while a bet is in progress, the game round will continue to completion based on your last confirmed action. Upon reconnecting, you will be able to view the results in your betting history. Stakes and winnings will be credited or debited according to the actual game outcome.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qqtoto platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
Any User found to be engaging in prohibited activities will have their Account immediately suspended or terminated. All funds, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited. qqtoto reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities and to pursue legal action to recover damages.
qqtoto strives to provide uninterrupted access to our Services, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, security reasons, or to address technical issues. We will not be liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of Services.
The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. qqtoto does not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, game results, odds, or information provided on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, qqtoto, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim.
qqtoto partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and other service providers. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or quality of these third-party services. Any issues with game fairness, payment processing, or other third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider, though we will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree that any gambling activities you undertake are at your own risk and that qqtoto is not responsible for your gambling losses. It is your responsibility to gamble within your financial means and to seek help if you believe you may have a gambling problem.
qqtoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your Account is closed, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any unclaimed funds in a closed Account may be subject to dormancy fees after 90 days.
If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or create new Accounts. For more information, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy.
If your Account is terminated for violation of these Terms, qqtoto reserves the right to forfeit your Account balance, pending withdrawals, and any bonuses. If your Account is closed voluntarily or due to self-exclusion, you will be able to withdraw your remaining balance, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our Services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or WhatsApp. We will investigate your complaint and provide a response within 14 business days. Please provide as much detail as possible, including transaction IDs, bet IDs, screenshots, and any other relevant documentation.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by customer support, you may escalate your complaint to our Compliance Team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "ESCALATED COMPLAINT." The Compliance Team will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 30 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to online gambling operations. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of qqtoto Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts appropriate to our licensing jurisdiction.
All decisions made by qqtoto regarding bet settlements, game outcomes, bonus eligibility, Account status, and interpretation of these Terms are final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution procedure outlined above.
